Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit, 2017 In der vorliegenden Forschungsarbeit werden die verschiedenen Facetten des “Coming Outs“ in Wiener Schulen speziell bei Lehrer*innen aus Sicht der Schulsozialarbeit aufgezeigt. Die Daten dieser Arbeit wurden mithilfe von Leitfadeninterviews nach Flick (2009) und verschiedener Literatur erhoben, und mittels der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring (2015) ausgewertet. Es wird ersichtlich, welche Aufgaben und Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten von Seiten der Wiener Schulsozialarbeit bestehen, und wie der “Verein Ausgesprochen“ einbezogen werden kann. Diese Arbeit kann als Grundlage verstanden werden, schließlich ist das Thema Homosexualität an vielen Schulen in Wien noch immer ein Tabu. Dahingehend sollte die Schulsozialarbeit sowohl bei Schüler*innen als auch beim Lehrkörper intervenieren. The purpose of this paper is to illustrate various angles on “Coming Outs“ in schools in the area of Vienna focusing on teachers by using the perspective of social work at school. The data is based on different guided interviews due to Flick (2009) and various literature, furthermore it is evaluated by the qualitative content analysis according to Mayring. In the course of this paper, I will show the tasks faced, but also the possibilities given to) Viennese social work at school and in which way the association “Verein Ausgesprochen“ can take influence on this particular matter. This paper serves as a foundation due to the fact that the topic of homosexuality is still a massive taboo in plenty of schools in this area.
