Mediziner*innen im interdisziplinären Betreuungsansatz de St. Pölten, Bachelorstudiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit 2018 Diese Arbeit zeigt anhand von Wahrnehmungsforschung in mobilen Palliativteams, welche Bedingungen aus Sicht von Mediziner*innen zu einer gelingenden interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit führen können. Die Datenerhebung fand nach Flick (2014) statt und wurde mit der Methode des offenen Kodieren nach Strauss/Corbin (1996) ausgewertet und interpretiert. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Persönlichkeitsmerkmale, Normen und Werte im Team, sowie Teamkompetenzen, teaminterne Bedingungen und äußere Rahmenbedingungen gelingende Zusammenarbeit fördern. Wertschätzender Umgang, Ehrlichkeit, Kommunikationsregeln und Respekt tragen zu erfolgreich Arbeit bei. Klare Rollenverteilung, sowie Akzeptanz und Hilfe innerhab eines Teams fördert die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit. The following study shows based on research of perception in „mobilen Palliativteams“ which terms in point of view of doctors can lead to successfull interdisciplinary collaboration. The data has been collected through the methods of Flick (2014) and has been encoded and interpreted with the method „offenes Kodieren“ of Strauss and Corbin (1996). The results demonstrate that personality traits,standards and values within the team, as well as team skills, team internal terms and sourrounding terms from outside support successful collaboration. Appreciation in contact, honesty, rules of communication and respect contribute successful work. Strict role allocation, as well as acceptance and aid within a team support interdiciplinary collaboration.
