https://phaidra.ustp.at/o:3174 Solidarökonomisches, interkulturelles Gemeinschaftsgartenprojekt „GRUND“: Entwicklung der Organisationsstruktur und Nutzung Bandion, Elke Elke Bandion Krotky, Lena Lena Krotky text deu St. Pölten, Bachelorstudiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit 2018 In der vorliegenden Bachelorarbeit wird der interkulturelle Gemeinschaftsgarten „GRUND“ in Bezug auf die Entwicklung auf Ebene der Organisationsstruktur und auf Nutzer*innenebene qualitativ beforscht. Um die Daten zu erheben, wurden Interviews mit dem Organisationsteam und Nutzer*innen geführt, sowie eine Feldbegehung und eine teilnehmende Beobachtung durchgeführt. Ziele der Arbeit waren die Ergründung der Inklusion, der finanziellen Entlastung, der Nachhaltigkeit und auch des Bedarfes eines solchen Projektes. Weiters wird die Relevanz für die Soziale Arbeit erörtert. Zentrale Ergebnisse sind unter anderem, dass hoher Bedarf besteht, sowie die Feststellung, dass der „GRUND“ für die Menschen eine große persönliche und soziale Ressource darstellt. This bachelor’s thesis qualitatively explores the evolution of the intercultural community garden „GRUND“ in terms of organizational structure and occupiers. The study was made up of interviews with organizers and users, field-inspections and participant observation. Purpose of this chore was to explorate the social inclusion, financial relief, sustainability and the requirement of a project like this. Furthermore the relevance for social work is explorated. It has been ascertained that there is a lot requiremet for projects like the explored one and that the „GRUND“ constitutes a big individual and social resource.
