There are offers like student counselling, youthcoaching and internship days. Depending on the pupil’s handicap there are different education training opportunities like workshops for the disabled, integrative vocational training, practically oriented schools, and the possibility to extended school years. Due to the compulsory education and training until 18, no further measures are planned but there is still hope, that more offers like practically oriented schools will be created. A required resource would be school social work because it could bring considerably more to student’s professional orientation like gender mainstreaming.
