o:3179 Berufsorientierung an Allgemeinen Sonderschulen Bisherige und neue Angebote durch die AusBildung bis 18 de St. Pölten, Bachelorstudiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit 2018 An der exemplarischen ASO im Mostviertel findet die Berufsorientierung im Rahmen einer verbindlichen Übung statt. Zusätzlich sind die Angebote einer Schüler_innenberatung, Jugendcoaching und die berufspraktischen Tage vorhanden. Je nach Behinderung gibt es verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Aus- und Weiterbildung wie die Mitarbeit in Tagesheimwerkstätten/Beschäftigungsstrukturen, die Integrative Berufsausbildung, Produktionsschulen, sowie die Verlängerung der Schuljahre. Durch die Ausbildungspflicht bis 18 gibt es derzeit noch keine neuen Maßnahmen für die ASO. Es besteht die Hoffnung, dass durch diese Angebote wie Produktionsschulen erweitert werden. Eine geforderte Ressource ist die Schulsozialarbeit, welche bei der Berufsorientierung Inputs wie Gender Mainstreaming einbringen könnte und eine zusätzliche Anlaufstelle darstellen würde. Professional orientation at a school for physically and/or mentally disabled students in the Mostviertel is a compulsory subject. There are offers like student counselling, youthcoaching and internship days. Depending on the pupil’s handicap there are different education training opportunities like workshops for the disabled, integrative vocational training, practically oriented schools, and the possibility to extended school years. Due to the compulsory education and training until 18, no further measures are planned but there is still hope, that more offers like practically oriented schools will be created. A required resource would be school social work because it could bring considerably more to student’s professional orientation like gender mainstreaming.
