phaidra.ustp.at o:3182 Das Internet als psychosoziale Ressource für Jugendliche St. Pölten, Bachelorstudiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit 2018 Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der derzeitigen Vernetzung Jugendlicher im psychosozialen Versorgungsnetz. Dafür kommen sowohl Jugendliche selbst, als auch ProfessionistInnen der Jugendarbeit zu Wort. Die Ergebnisse der Forschung zeigen, dass sich Jugendliche derzeit hauptsächlich über Bezugspersonen in der Angebotslandschaft vernetzen lassen. Sie wissen oft nicht genug darüber, welche Angebote überhaupt existieren und wie diese heißen um gezielt in Eigeninitiative an spezifische Einrichtungen anzudocken. Außerdem bestehen unklare bis negative Vorstellungen bezüglich psychosozialer Angebote, die Berührungsängste erzeugen. In dieser Arbeit wird daher argumentiert, dass im Zuge einer digitalen Lösung der Verweisung in der Versorgungslandschaft, Aufklärungsarbeit bezüglich der Angebote geleistet werden muss um diese Hemmenden Faktoren zu adressieren. This Thesis looks at at the current state of youth´s networking in psychosocial services. Interviews have been conducted with youth´s themselves, and with youth-work professionals. The results show, that youth are lacking a basic understanding of the variety of services available, as well as the terms to describe them, and therefore can’t necessarily be expected to reach out to these services themselves. This is further being enforced by uncertainty, even negative assumptions regarding social services in general, caused by missinformation.
