o:3191 Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit in mobilen Palliativteams aus Sicht der pädiatrischen Palliativpflege de St. Pölten, Bachelorstudiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit 2018 Die vorliegende Forschungsarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, wie die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit in mobilen Palliativteams aus dem Blickwinkel der pädiatrischen Palliativpflege gelingen kann. Die Daten wurden mit Hilfe eines Leitfadeninterviews und zwei Narrativen Interviews erhoben. Die Auswertung erfolgte mittels Systemanalyse nach Froschauer und Lueger. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit gelingen kann, wenn die Reflexionsfähigkeit im Team in hohem Maße gegeben ist, die fachliche Kompetenz gefördert wird und die Arbeitsbedingungen an den Bedürfnissen der Teammitglieder und PatientInnen angepasst wird. The present research work addresses the question of how interdisciplinary collaboration within mobile palliative teams may function from the perspective of pediatric palliative care. Data was collected with the help of one guided interview and two narrative interviews. Evaluation was executed using Froschauer’s and Lueger’s system analysis. The results show that interdisciplinary collaboration works if high dosage reflection capability exists within the team, professional skills are honed and the working conditions are adjusted to the needs of team members and patients.
