Dabei knüpft die Studie bei zwei niederschwelligen Einrichtungen an: zum einen „Südrand“, einer Einrichtung in Traisen (NÖ) mit Schwerpunkt Street Work und zum anderen dem in Wien verorteten Beschäftigungsprojekt reStart. Durch leitfadenorientierte Interviews und die Auswertungsmethode der Strukturgeleiteten Textanalyse werden Berührungspunkte mit dem neuen Gesetz, neue Rahmenbedingungen und konzeptuelle Spannungsfelder ausfindig gemacht. Dabei wird auf die Wichtigkeit von Grundsätzen wie der Freiwilligkeit für die Zielgruppe von ausgrenzungsgefährdeten Jugendlichen verwiesen. This bachelor thesis investigates correlations and effects of the new compulsory “education until 18” on low-threshold institutions of youth work. The study is based on two low-threshold institutions: on the one hand "Südrand", an institution in Traisen (Lower Austria) with a focus on street work and on the other hand the employment project reStart located in Vienna. Guide-line-oriented interviews and the evaluation method of structure-guided text analysis have been used to identify the points of contact with the new law, new framework conditions and conceptual areas of conflict. Reference is made to the importance of principles such as voluntary offers for the target group of adolescents “at risk of exclusion”.
