Voraussetzungen gelingender Interdisziplinarität aus Sicht der Sozialen Arbeit im Palliativkonsiliardienst de St. Pölten, Bachelorstudiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit 2018 Die vorliegende qualitative Studie erforscht Voraussetzungen für gelingende interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Palliativkonsiliardienst aus Sicht der Sozialen Arbeit. Die Beantwortung der Forschungsfrage erfolgt auf Basis zweier leitfadengestützter Interviews und einer offenen Beobachtung. Den Ergebnissen zufolge tragen sowohl strukturelle wie interpersonelle und individuelle Voraussetzungen zum Gelingen interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit bei. Zu den strukturellen Voraussetzungen zählen Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung und zeitliche Ressourcen. Interpersonelle Voraussetzungen sind gegenseitige Wertschätzung und ein gemeinsames Verständnis von Interdisziplinarität. Individuelle Faktoren sind fachliche Kompetenz, Humor, Empathie, Reflexionsfähigkeit und Selbstfürsorge. Den Abschluss der Arbeit bilden Empfehlungen für die Etablierung Sozialer Arbeit in anderen Feldern des Gesundheitswesens. This qualitative research examines and deals with the experiences of social workers in the field of palliative counselling services. Based on two interviews and one observation the question of successful interdisciplinary work will be answered. According to the results there is a need of structural, interpersonal and individual requirements of successful interdisciplinary work. Structural requirements are provisions for quality and resources of time. Interpersonal requirements are mutual appreciation and a common understanding of multidisciplinarity. Individual requirements are professional expertise, humor, empathy, reflecting capacity and awareness of caring about yourself. In conclusion suggestions for the successful implementation of social work in other fields of health care are given based on the experience of successful interdisciplinary work in the field of palliative care.
