On the one hand it sets public society-orientated offers, on the other hand it points towards tasks that have been partially taken over by a regional association. As a result, burdens have been limited for the Social Service Department of the communities and the Welfare State as well. What kind of relief it is and how Social Work can be reasonably incorporated and arranged is being put into a context by qualitative interviews.
