phaidra.ustp.at o:3212 Zwischen Zuständigkeit und Verzweiflung: NMS-Lehrer*innen in Wien und die Ausbildungspflicht bis 18 St. Pölten, Bachelorstudiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit 2018 Diese qualitative Forschungsarbeit behandelt das Thema Ausbildungspflicht bis 18 und inwiefern NMS-Lehrer*innen aus Wien diese in ihrem Kompetenzbereich sehen. Aus diesem Grund wurde ein Interview mit einem NMS-Lehrkörper geführt, welches die Zuständigkeiten dieser, im Bereich der Ausbildungspflicht bis 18 zum zentralen Punkt hat. Besonders auffällig ist, dass Uneinigkeit bei Lehrpersonen in Bezug auf ihre Zuständigkeit hinsichtlich der Ausbildungspflicht bis 18 herrscht und diese wenig informiert sind. Des Weiteren wird sichtbar, dass Lehrer*innen in Wien, durch ihre Unzufriedenheit in einigen Aufgabenbereichen die Verantwortung an Dritte abtreten. Die hier vorliegende qualitative Forschungsarbeit bringt Aufschluss für die Sozialarbeit um einerseits die Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrer*innen zu intensivieren und andererseits den Zuständigkeitsbereich auszubauen. This qualitative research paper discusses the subject of the compulsory training to 18 and if teachers from Vienna see it in there sphere of competence. In the context of this work a new middle school teacher was interviewed. The central point of this interview was their responsibilities in the area of the compulsory training to 18. It should be noted that teachers do not agree about the responsibilities of the compulsory training to 18 and they were less informed about the topic. Besides it becomes visible that teachers in Vienna resign the responsibility to third ones by their discontent, in some areas of responsibility. The work in hand gives a good insight for the social work.
