o:3214 Mehr als die Summe der Teile Gelebte Interdisziplinarität im Hospiz aus Sicht der Sozialen Arbeit de St. Pölten, Bachelorstudiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit 2018 In dieser Arbeit wird die Praxis der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit in stationären Hospizen näher untersucht. Denn in stationären Hospizen wird die Interdisziplinarität im Gesundheitssystem schon lange gelebt. Dabei wird erhoben, welche Entwicklungen sich in der Vergangenheit sich positiv auf das Gefüge auswirkten und welche Rolle die Soziale Arbeit dabei übernimmt. Darüber hinaus wird ein Tätigkeitsprofil der Sozialarbeiter_innen im Hospiz erstellt sowie deren Stellung im Team beleuchtet. Von besonderem Interesse sind die strukturellen Faktoren und die Soft Skills die für eine gelingende Zusammenarbeit angegeben werden, zu erheben. Ergebnisse dieser Arbeit sollen auch auf andere Felder des Gesundheitswesens – darunter insbesondere etwa den Bereich Primary Health Care – übertragbare erste Erkenntnisse über Erfordernisse für gelingende Interdisziplinarität liefern. In this work, the practice of interdisciplinary cooperation in inpatient hospices is examined more closely. For in inpatient hospices interdisciplinarity is practiced in the health system for a long time. In the process, it is determined which developments have had a positive effect on the structure in the past and which role social work is taking on. In addition, an activity profile of the social workers in the hospice is drawn up and their position in the team is examined. Of particular interest are the structural factors and soft skills identified for successful collaboration. Results of this work should also provide first transferable insights into the needs of successful interdisciplinarity in other fields of healthcare, in particular in the area of primary health care.
