o:3664 Brandmal „Psychisch Krank“ Antistigma-Maßnahmen Sozialer Arbeit und deren Einflüsse auf den Drehtüreffekt de St. Pölten, Bachelorstudiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit 2019 In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird anhand qualitativer Forschung festgemacht, welche Antistigma-Maßnahmen in einer ausgewählten Primärversorgungseinrichtung (PVE) angewandt werden und welchen Einfluss diese auf den sogenannten Drehtüreffekt haben. Anhand von sieben Interviews und einer teilnehmenden Beobachtung wurden mit Hilfe der Auswertungsmethode des offenen Kodierens differenzierte Wahrnehmungen verglichen. Mittels der Ergebnisse konnte festgestellt werden, wie die Stigmatisierung von Menschen mit psychischer Erkrankung wahrgenommen wird und welche Konsequenzen diese mit sich zieht. Die Soziale Arbeit leistet in dem beforschten Feld zwar auf dezentraler Ebene Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, legt jedoch den Fokus auf Konsequenzen, die erst aufgrund von Stigmatisierung entstehen. This qualitative study shows which antistigma-concepts are provided by primary healthcare and how these methods affect being a frequent flyer of the healthcare system. On the basis of two interviews with social workers from the first bachelor thesis and five interviews with two social workers and three people with mental disorders, differentiated perceptions and perspectives could be compared by using an evaluation method of the “Grounded Theory“. The result shows the individual perception of stigma, the resulting consequences, for instance social withdrawal, and how those influence being a frequent flyer of the healthcare system.
