o:3686 Multiprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit in der Demenzberatung mit Fokus auf die Soziale Arbeit de St. Pölten, Bachelorstudiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit 2019 Bei der vorliegenden Forschungsarbeit handelt es sich um eine qualitative Sozialforschung, welche sich damit beschäftigt, wie sich die Arbeit im multiprofessionellen Team für Sozialarbeiter*innen gestaltet. Die Datenerhebung wurde mittels Literaturarbeit und Leitfadeninterviews, welche mit inhaltsreduzierenden Verfahren ausgewertet wurden, durchgeführt. Soziale Arbeit deckt in der Demenzberatung Aufgaben im Bereich der Adressat*innen, der Vernetzung und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit ab. In der Zusammenarbeit wird eine klare Aufgabenteilung benötigt, die Grenzen der eigenen Profession müssen erkannt werden, es braucht eine Basis für Kommunikation, Wissen über die Kompetenzen der anderen Professionen und gegenseitige Wertschätzung. Es wurde herausgefunden, dass im Bereich der Demenzberatung eine sehr starke Überschneidung der Professionen gegeben ist und die Organisation die multiprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit maßgeblich beeinflusst. The present research paper, is a matter of qualitative social research, which busies itself on how work is organized in a multi-professional team for social workers. The data acquisition was carried out by consulting relevant literature, as well as by performing guideline-based interviews, which were evaluated using a content reducing method. In the area of dementia counselling, social work is covering tasks related to clients, interconnectedness and public relations work. In the course of collaboration a clear task distribution is needed, as well as realising the boundaries of one’s profession, it is necessary to have a common basis for communication, knowledge about the competences of other professions and mutual appreciation.
