What motivations do volunteers with flight experience have? What conditions promote volunteering? And what is the perspective of social work organizations? With the help of theories on diversity, volunteer work, motivational research and migration, as well as the evaluation of group discussions with people who are involved as volunteers and individual interviews with experts from various institutions, these questions will be investigated. Using the results, recommendations for organisations working with this target group will be developed. Welche Motivationen haben Freiwillige mit Fluchterfahrung? Welche Rahmenbedingungen fördern das freiwillige Engagement? Und wie ist die Sicht der Organisationen der Sozialen Arbeit darauf? Mithilfe von Theorien zu Diversität, Freiwilligenengagement, Motivationsforschung und Migration und der Auswertung von Gruppendiskussionen mit Menschen, die sich als Freiwillige engagieren, sowie Einzelinterviews mit Expert_innen von diversen Institutionen, wird diesen Fragen nachgegangen.
