phaidra.ustp.at o:3724 „So viel Schnee und niemand weiß etwas“: Information und Selbstbestimmung in wetterbedingten Ausnahmezuständen St. Pölten, Bachelorstudiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit 2019 Diese Forschungsstudie widmet sich der Frage nach Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Selbst- und Mitbestimmung in wetterbedingten Ausnahmezuständen. Als Forschungsfeld diente ein Ort, der aufgrund massiver Wetterbedingungen und daraus resultierenden behördlichen Maßnahmen dreizehn Tage lang von der Umwelt abgeschnitten war. Konkret wurden, vorwiegend durch Interviews und Beobachtungen, in den Ausnahmezustand involvierte Einwohner*innen und Expert*innen beforscht. Die Auswertung der Daten basiert auf der Strukturgeleiteten Textanalyse nach Auer-Voigtländer und Schmid. Zentrale Ergebnisse stellen die Notwendigkeit von Information, die Abhängigkeit des subjektiven Befindens von der Betroffenheit, Unterschiede in der Wahrnehmung der Beteiligten und sich daraus ableitende Verbesserungsvorschläge unter Berücksichtigung der Selbst- und Mitbestimmung dar. This research study is devoted to the question of possibilities and confines of self-determination and co-determination in exceptional weather conditions. The field of research was a district that was cut off from the environment for thirteen days due to massive weather conditions and the resulting official measures. Specifically, residents and experts involved in the state of emergency were researched, mainly through interviews and observations. The evaluation of the data is based on the structural text analysis according to Auer-Voigtländer and Schmid.
