Anhand von Fachliteratur und dem angeeigneten Wissen im Zuge des Studiums, insbesondere des Bachelorprojekts, wurde bei der Bearbeitung Hauptaugenmerk auf Hintergrundinformationen und deren Aufspaltung anhand der SWOT-Analyse für formulierbare Empfehlungen gelegt. Im Sinne der Gewinnung von Wissen und Denkanstößen wird diese Arbeit auch als Handlungsanleitung für den Umgang mit Diskriminierung und Hass im Internet für alle Interessierten gesehen. The present Bachelorthesis aims to the scientific substantiation of the collected and presented statements against Online-Hate Speech and Online-Hate Crimes within the project „The discourse of online hatred speech and human rights“. According to appropriate specialist literature and the acquired knowledge in the course of the studies particularly with regard to the bachelor project this work is focussed on background informations and their segmentation with the SWOT-Analysis to formulate recommendations.
