University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten Monitoring von sozialpolitischen Veränderungen im Flüchtlingsbereich in NÖ im Zeitraum Oktober 2017 – Jänner 2020: Und die Auswirkungen auf die Ausübung des politischen Mandats der Sozialen Arbeit Fachhochschule St. Pölten, Bachelorstudiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit 2020 Thema dieser Arbeit ist ein Monitoring der sozialpolitischen Veränderungen im Flüchtlingsbereich in NÖ im Zeitraum Oktober 2017 bis Jänner 2020. Zur Datenerhebung wurden zwei leitfadenorientierte Expert*inneninterviews geführt und mit Hilfe der Methode der Systemanalyse nach Froschauer and Lueger ausgewertet. In den Ergebnissen wird zuerst eine Zeitlinie der von den Befragten genannten sozialpolitischen Veränderungen im Flüchtlingsbereich in NÖ im genannten Zeitraum angeführt. In einem zweiten Schritt werden die Auswirkungen dieser sozialpolitischen Veränderungen auf einerseits die Einrichtungen im Flüchtlingsbereich in Zentral-NÖ, deren Arbeitsweise und Klient*innen und andererseits auf die Ausübung des politischen Mandats der Sozialen Arbeit erörtert. The topic of this thesis is an analysis of socio-political changes in the field of working with refugees in Lower-Austria between October 2017 and January 2020. For data collection two guided expert-interviews were conducted and afterwards interpreted and evaluated with the method of System-Analysis by Froschauer and Lueger. In the first place of the results there is a timeline of, from the respondents announced, socio-political changes in the field of working with refugees in Lower Austria for the said period of time.
