o:4396 „Wir-sind-das-iLab-Gefühl“ Analyse der Gruppendynamik im iLab anhand des Gruppendynamischen Raumes de Fachhochschule St. Pölten, Bachelorstudiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachelorarbeit 2020 Gruppen spielen eine zentrale Rolle in unserem alltäglichen Leben, so auch in der Hochschullehre. Im Fokus der Bachelorarbeit steht das interdisziplinäre Lehr- und Lernformat „iLab – The interdisciplinary Lab“ an der FH St. Pölten. Anhand des Gruppendynamischen Raumes (Amann 2004) wird die Gruppendynamik im iLab analysiert. Die Daten wurden mittels narrativen Interviews (Rosenthal 2002) erhoben und anschließend mit der Methode des Offenen Kodierens (Strauß / Corbin 1999) ausgewertet. Es zeigt sich, dass die Gruppe im iLab für informelle Beziehungen eine wichtige Rolle spielte. Der Hauptfokus im iLab lag auf den projektbezogenen Teams, wodurch die Gesamtgruppe im iLab in den Hintergrund geriet. Die drei Dimensionen des Gruppendynamischen Raumes wurden während des gesamten Semesters verhandelt und nahmen Einfluss aufeinander. Groups play an important role in our daily life, thus also in higher education. The focus of this thesis is the interdisciplinary teaching and learning format „iLab – The interdisciplinary Lab“ at the UAS St. Pölten. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the group dynamics in the iLab using the model of the group dynamic space (Amann 2004). Data were collected by means of narrative interviews (Rosenthal 2002) and analyzed using the method of open coding (Strauß / Corbin: 1999). Results show that the group played an important role in informal relationships. The focus during the semester was on the project teams and has overshadowed the role of the whole group.
