Für diese Forschung wurden neben der Literaturrecherche auch empirische Erhebungsmethoden verwendet: eine teilnehmende Beobachtung, leitfadengestütze Interviews und eine Gruppendiskussion. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die Zielgruppe sich durch das partizipative Graffitiprojekt ansprechen ließen und ihr Empowerment, sowie Inklusion dadurch gefördert wurde. The present bachelor thesis deals with the facilitation of empowerment of and the sense of inclusion in the primary care of refugees. This was attempted with a participative graffiti project at the public Kardinal-Nagl-Platz. Apart from a literature research empiric survey methods such as a participating observation, guided interviews and a group discussion were applied.
