o:4613 Die sozialarbeiterische Dokumentation im multiprofessionellen Kontext der Primärversorgungszentren de Fachhochschule St. Pölten, Bachelorarbeit Soziale Arbeit 2021 Im Sinne eines umfassenden Gesundheitsbildes entstehen seit einigen Jahren Primärversorgungseinheiten, in welchen auch Sozialarbeiter*innen tätig sind. Einen wesentlichen Teil der Arbeit im multiprofessionellen Team der Primärversorgung stellt hierbei die Dokumentation dar. In folgender Arbeit wird hinterfragt wie sich diese multiprofessionelle Dokumentation auf das sozialarbeiterische Dokumentationsverhalten auswirkt. Hierfür wurden die Daten durch leitfadengestützte Interviews nach Flick (2009) und einer Gruppendiskussion nach Lamnek (2005) erhoben und mittels der Systemanalyse nach Froschauer und Lueger (2003) ausgewertet. Es zeigt sich, dass die Soziale Arbeit im multiprofessionellen Kontext der Primärversorgung mit zusätzlichen Überlegungen in der Dokumentation konfrontiert ist und hierfür bereits individuelle erste Lösungen gefunden wurden. In the sense of a comprehensive view on health, primary care units have been emerging for some years, in which social workers play a vital role. An essential part of the work in the multiprofessional team of primary health care is documentation. In the following work, the impact of this multiprofessional documentation on the social work documentation behaviour is questioned. Data was collected with guideline-based interviews according to Flick (2009) and a group discussion according to Lamnek (2005). The evaluation of data was based on the system analysis according to Froschauer and Lueger (2003).
