Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema Zirkularität in der Systemischen Sozialen Arbeit und untersucht die Anwendung eines speziell dafür entwickelten Tools in der Dokumentation und Gesprächsführung. Dieses basiert auf der Methode des Zirkulären Fragens und soll durch Reflexion einen Ausstieg aus festgefahrenen Situationen und Denkmustern ermöglichen. Mehrere Mitarbeiter:innen einer Einrichtung der stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfe werden zu ihren Erfahrungen mit dem Tool WLADIMIR mittels Gruppenbefragung und Leitfrageninterviews befragt. Es zeigt sich, dass sich die Anwendung eines Tools bewährt und neue Blickwinkel ermöglicht, jedoch der zeitliche Faktor hier eine wesentliche Rolle spielt.
This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of circularity in systemic social work and examines the application of a specially developed tool in documentation and conversation. This is based on the method of circular questioning and is intended to enable an exit from deadlocked situations and thought patterns by reflection. Several employees within a child and youth welfare institution in the field of external accommodation are interviewed about their experiences with the WLADIMIR tool by means of group surveys and key question interviews. It turns out that the application of a tool proves itself and allows new perspectives, but the time factor plays an essential role here.
