In the course of this thesis, the needs and wishes of young queer people towards both urban and rural LGBTIAQ+ counseling centers are addressed. Subsequently, an online concept and an example of online street work are developed and presented as part of “Projekt Marsha”. This example is intended to open up new ways of working with the target group. Moreover, its purpose lies in the promotion of democratic inclusion of queer young people and the encouragement for them to speak up. Fachhochschule St. Pölten, Bachelorarbeit 2021, Studiengang Soziale Arbeit Die vorliegende Arbeit erhebt das mögliche Potential von aufsuchender Jugendarbeit im digitalen Raum für LGBTIAQ+ Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene. Im Zuge der Arbeit werden Bedürfnisse und Wünsche junger queerer Personen an das Angebot von sowohl städtischen als auch ländlichen Beratungsstellen gerichtet, daraus ein Online-Konzept als Beispiel von Online-Streetwork im Rahmen von „Projekt Marsha“ erarbeitet und dargestellt. Dieses Beispiel soll der Sozialarbeit im Kontext von LGBTIAQ+ Beratungsstellen neue Wege der Arbeit mit der Zielgruppe erschließen und anregen, sowie die demokratische Inklusion queerer Jugendlicher fördern und sie sprachmächtig machen.
