phaidra.ustp.at o:5004 Erlebnispädagogische Elemente in der Jugendberatung: Am Beispiel einer Jugendcoaching-Einrichtung in Österreich Fachhochschule St. Pölten, Bachelorarbeit 2021, Studiengang Soziale Arbeit Diese Bachelorarbeit untersucht die Verschränkung von Beratung und Bewegung und den Einsatz von erlebnispädagogischen Elementen in der Online- sowie Offline-Jugendberatung anhand einer dafür herangezogenen Jugendcoaching-Einrichtung in Österreich. Die Hauptforschungsfrage fragt danach, wie sich erlebnispädagogische Ansätze in ein multimediales Jugendberatungskonzept integrieren lassen. Auf einer vorangegangenen Umfrage zu den Präferenzen von Jugendlichen bauen Expert*innen-Interviews mit Mitarbeiter*innen der Jugendcoaching-Einrichtung auf. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass sich saisonal ausgerichtete, polysportive Gruppenaktivitäten positiv auf den Gruppenfindungsprozess und die Motivation auswirken. Zudem erweist sich Social Media (v.a. Instagram) als nützlich um Präsenz zu zeigen und um Beziehung aufzubauen. This study examines combination possibilities of exercise and youth counselling and the implementation of experiential and outdoor education in an online and offline youth counselling concept using the example of a youth-coaching facility in Austria. Therefore, the research question asks, how experiential education can be integrated in a multimedia-based youth counselling concept. After a previously done quantitative survey about the personal consulting preferences of teenagers, expert interviews with the employees of the chosen youth coaching facility took place. The results show, that seasonally orientated, polysportive group activities foster group initiation and motivation.
