o:5051 Gesprächsführung und Beziehungsarbeit mit Betroffenen des Messie-Syndroms de Fachhochschule St. Pölten, Studiengang Soziale Arbeit, Bachlorarbeit 2022 Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Gesprächsführung mit Betroffenen der psychischen Störung „pathologisches Horten“ welches auch als „Messie-Syndrom“ bekannt ist. Für meine Forschung wurden einerseits zwei Leitfadeninterviews mit Professionist*innen, einer Person mit soziologischer und psychotherapeutischer Ausbildung, sowie einer Person mit sozialarbeiterischer Ausbildung, geführt. Andererseits habe ich mich im Rahmen meiner Forschung mit Literatur zum Thema Gesprächsführung allgemein und zum Thema Gesprächsführung mit Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen im Speziellen auseinandergesetzt und diese in Verbindung mit dem Phänomen gebracht. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt unter anderem auf dem Aspekt der Beziehungsgestaltung, sowie der Arbeit im Zwangskontext. Ein zentrales Ergebnis dieser Arbeit ist, dass Gesprächsführung und die dahinter stehende Haltung großen Einfluss auf Hilfeprozesse und die Beziehungsgestaltung haben und gerade in der Arbeit mit Menschen, für die Veränderungsmotivation eine große Rolle spielt, sehr unterstützend und hilfreich sein können. This bachelor thesis deals with the conduct of conversations with those affected by the "hoarding disorder" which is also known as "messie syndrome". For my research, two guided interviews were conducted with professionals, one person with sociological and psychotherapeutic educational qualification and one person with social work qualification. On the other hand, as part of my research, I have dealt with literature on the subject of conversation in general and on the subject of conversation with people with mental disorders in particular and have connected them to the phenomenon. A special focus is, among other things, on the aspect of creating relationships and working in a forced context.
