<lom:langstring xml:lang="de">Eine interdisziplinäre Arbeitsgruppe hat sich an der FH St. Pölten im Zeitraum von Februar 2022 bis Februar 2023 intensiver mit den Potentialen des Einsatzes biografieorientierter Lehr- und Lernelemente in allen Studiengängen beschäftigt. Ausgangspunkte waren eine initiale Literaturrecherche sowie ein kollaboratives Zusammentragen und (Weiter)Entwickeln von Methoden. Entstanden ist eine Übersicht zu Grundlagen, Zielen und Methoden, wie sich biografieorientierte Lehr- und Lernelemente in didaktische Designs von Lehrveranstaltungen aller Fachgebiete integrieren lassen.
In diesem Dokument liegt der FOkus auf die Reflexion der eigenen Ernährung.

o	Die Schiffmetapher: Analyse der eigenen Rolle in Projekt- bzw. Lernteams.
o	Fragenimpulse in der Begleitung von Studierenden die Schwierigkeiten im Umgang mit als herausfordernd erlebten Aspekten der Biografie haben
