Die\nErgebnisse veranschaulichen, dass Humor als etwas Aktives beschrieben wird und\nNähe zwischen den Akteur*innen der Sozialen Arbeit schafft. Außerdem wurde\nfestgestellt, dass eine humorvolle Haltung von Sozialarbeiter*innen zu einer Steigerung\nder Motivation und zum Abbau von vorherrschenden Hierarchien führt. A quantitative approach has been chosen whereas\ndata was collected based on narrative interviews and evaluated with the help of thematic\nstructural analysis and fine structural analysis. The findings show that humour is\ndescribed as something active and reduces distance between the institutional players\nwithin the field of social work. Furthermore, it was found that a humorous attitude of social\nworkers leads to an increase in the motivation and a reduction of predominant\nhierarchies.
