The data was evaluated by means of structure-guided text analysis. A sufficient employment process with intensively accompanied information acquisition when moving to a nursing and care center has positive effects on residents. <lom:langstring xml:lang="de">Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Auswirkungen auf das Wohlbefinden von Bewohner*innen des Pflege- und Betreuungszentrum Mödling in der Langzeitpflege durch einen strukturiert informativ begleiteten Einstieg bei der Aufnahme. Die Datenerhebung erfolgte mittels leitfadengestützter Expert*inneninterviews, durch Befragung von Mitarbeiter*innen und Bewohner*innen des Pflege- und Betreuungszentrums Mödling. Die Auswertung der Daten erfolgte anhand der strukturgeleiteten Textanalyse. Ein ausreichender Beschäftigungsprozess mit intensiv begleiteter Informationsgewinnung bei der Übersiedelung in ein Pflege- und Betreuungszentrum, hat positive Auswirkungen auf Bewohner*innen. In den unterschiedlichen Phasen des Aufnahmeprozesses kann die Soziale Arbeit wesentliche Unterstützung bieten.</lom:langstring>
