University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten Interventionsmöglichkeiten von Gruppenleiter*innen in Bezug auf gruppendynamische Phänomene Fachschule St. Pölten, Bachelorarbeit 2023, Studiengang Soziale Arbeit Leiter*innen sozialer Gruppen setzten in der Praxis regelmäßig konkrete Interventionen auf Phänomene gruppendynamischer Prozesse. Daher ist es für Praktiker*innen in der sozialen Arbeit notwendig konkrete Interventionen zu kennen, zu verstehen, wie diese wirken, sowie wann und wie diese angewandt werden können. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Beantwortung, welche konkreten Interventionen gesetzt werden können. Dazu wurden leitfadengestützte Interviews mit Experten*innen der sozialen Gruppenleitung durchgeführt sowie Beobachtungsprotokolle aus Workshops ausgewertet. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Anwendung konkreter Interventionen die Berücksichtigung biografischer Erfahrungen, der Persönlichkeit der Gruppenleiter*innen, des Kontextes, des Auftrags durch die Organisation und möglicher Widerstände durch Teilnehmer*innen bedarf. In practice, social group leaders regularly apply concrete interventions to phenomena of group dynamics. Therefore, it is necessary for social work practitioners to know concrete interventions, to understand how they work, and when and how they can be applied. The aim of this work is to answer which practical interventions can be used. For this purpose, guided interviews with experts in social group leadership were conducted and observation protocols from workshops were analysed.
