Anhand von Expert*inneninterviews wurde analysiert, wie viel Raum für die Bearbeitung von Themen vorhanden ist und welche Fähigkeiten erforderlich sind, um die Vielfalt der Themen zu bewältigen. Die zentralen Ergebnisse betonen die Bedeutung der Beziehung zwischen Professionist*innen und Jugendlichen, partizipative Entscheidungsprozesse und die Einbindung der Jugendlichen in Zielvereinbarungen für eine positive Zusammenarbeit. Professionist*innen handeln lebensweltorientiert, benötigen jedoch Anpassungsfähigkeit, Empathie und Selbstfürsorge. Der Umgang mit individuellen Themen erfordert Flexibilität und Kooperation mit Expert*innen. This bachelor's thesis examines the feelings of professionals in youth vocational assistance, especially those in vocational training assistance. Expert interviews were used to analyze how much space there is to work on topics and the skills required to deal with the variety of topics. The central results emphasize the importance of the relationship between professionals and young people, participatory decision-making processes, and the inclusion of young people in target agreements for positive cooperation. Professionals’ work is life-oriented, but they require adaptability, empathy, and self-care. Dealing with individual topics requires flexibility and cooperation with experts.
