Dabei wird unter anderem auf die körperliche und soziale Ebene eingegangen. Die Arbeit liefert Erkenntnisse zu den Überlegungen seitens Betroffener und Angehöriger vor der Kontaktaufnahme mit der Gesundheitsdienstleisterin. Als weiterer Schwerpunkt werden Aspekte, welche für die Kontaktaufnahme mit einer Community Nurse als relevant erscheinen, genauer untersucht. Zum Schluss werden die Anlässe eine Community Nurse zu kontaktieren, die genutzten Informationskanäle und die Gestaltung des Erstkontaktes dargestellt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen auf, was Unterschiede und Gleichheiten in der Ausgangslage der Personen und ihren Anlässen für die Kontaktaufnahme mit einer Community Nurse sein können The following bachelor thesis deals with the question of how the initial situation of potential users is shaped before using the services of a community nurse. Among other things, the physical and social levels are addressed. The work provides insights into the considerations of those affected and their relatives before contacting the healthcare provider. As a further focus, aspects that appear relevant for contacting a community nurse are examined in more detail. Finally, the reasons for contacting a community nurse, the information channels used and the design of the initial contact are presented. The results show the differences and similarities in the initial situation of the people and their reasons for contacting a community nurse.
