Als zentrale Erkenntnis der vorliegenden Arbeit lässt sich festhalten, dass\nsich das Wissen und die Kompetenzen der Teilnehmenden erweitert haben. The target group are social work\nstudents in their fourth and sixth semesters at the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences. In\naddition to experiencing the workshop format, a survey of the participants‘ competences is\ncarried out, which is analysed using the open coding method according to Strauss and Corbin\n(1996). The key finding of this study is that the participants‘ knowledge and skills have\nincreased.
