aus der Zusammenarbeit ziehen. Aus diesem Grund war es von großem Interesse, den Nutzen
älterer Menschen sowie ihrer Angehörigen aus dem Angebot von Community Nursing zu
erforschen. Diese Untersuchung wurde mithilfe von leitfadengestützten Interviews
durchgeführt, deren Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Community Nursing eine bedeutende Ressource
für die Informationsbeschaffung darstellt und einen positiven Beitrag zur Stärkung der sozialen
Einbettung älterer Menschen leistet. Darüber hinaus trägt Community Nursing signifikant zur
Förderung der körperlichen und mentalen Gesundheit älterer Menschen sowie ihrer
Angehörigen bei.</lom:langstring>
