Der Bericht dokumentiert die Entwicklung innovativer Lehr- und Lernmaterialien im Rahmen des Erasmus+ Projekts TransSoDia. Im Mittelpunkt stehen multimediale Formate wie eine siebenteilige Video-Reihe und eine vierteilige Podcast-Reihe zur Sozialen Diagnostik. Darüber hinaus werden im Projekt (weiter-)entwickelte digitale Tools zur Netzwerk- und Biografiediagnostik (easyNWK, easyBiograph) sowie die dazugehörigen Benutzungshandbücher vorgestellt. Ergänzt wird das Material durch wissenschaftlich fundierte Texte, einen umfangreichen Foliensatz und eine umfangreiche Übungssammlung. Die Produkte wurden während der dreijährigen Projektlaufzeit hochschulübergreifend an drei Partnerhochschulen - der FH St. Pölten, der FH Kiel und der Saxion Hogeschool Enschede - entwickelt und erprobt. Der Bericht gibt einen Überblick über die entwickelten Materialien und richtet sich an Lehrende, Fachkräfte und Institutionen, die die entwickelten Materialien einsetzen oder weiterentwickeln möchten.
