Innovative training formats in the field of social diagnostics. Report on the project result R2 of the Erasmus+ Project TransSoDia. The report documents the development and testing of innovative training formats in the field of social diagnostics as part of the Erasmus+ project TransSoDia. The aim was to strengthen the diagnostic skills of social work professionals through digitally supported and practical formats. Two pilot formats - an online seminar series and a public lecture series - provided important insights into target groups, needs and conditions for didactic success. On this basis, two micro-credentials on social diagnostics and biographical work (5 ECTS each) have been designed. They are aimed at professionals, teachers and institutions interested in implementing or further developing professional diagnostics. The results underline that continuing education in higher education requires not only good content but also a viable structural framework. Der Bericht dokumentiert die Entwicklung und Erprobung innovativer Weiterbildungsformate im Bereich der Sozialen Diagnostik im Rahmen des Erasmus+ Projekts TransSoDia. Ziel war es, die diagnostischen Kompetenzen von Fachkräften durch digital gestützte und praxisnahe Angebote zu stärken. Zwei Pilotformate - eine Online-Seminarreihe und eine öffentliche Vortragsreihe - lieferten wichtige Erkenntnisse zu Zielgruppen, Bedarfen und didaktischen Gelingensbedingungen. Darauf aufbauend wurden zwei Micro-Credentials zu Sozialer Diagnostik und Biografiearbeit (je 5 ECTS) konzipiert. Sie richten sich an Fachkräfte, Lehrende und Institutionen, die an der Implementierung oder Weiterentwicklung professioneller Diagnostik interessiert sind.
