Die vorliegende qualitative Forschungsarbeit ist eingebettet in ein Teamprojekt zu Dokumentation und Bewertung sozialarbeiterischer Betreuungsprozesse in der Primärversorgung. Sie beleuchtet hier den Einfluss sozialarbeitsexterner Dokumentation auf das Erkennen von psychosozialen Belastungen von Klient*innen in Primärversorgungszentren, um darüber hinaus darauf aufbauend die Dokumentation weiterzuentwickeln. Mit Hilfe des „Offenen Kodierens“ aus der „Grounded Theory“ von Strauss, Glaser und Corbin wurden teilstrukturierte Leitfaden-Interviews und Emailprotokolle analysiert. Diese zeigen die Bedeutung der Dokumentation hinsichtlich der Fragestellung auf, sie tritt aber im gut zusammenarbeitenden, interdisziplinären Team hinter jene des persönlichen Austausches zurück.

This quality case study is embedded in a team project on Documentation and Assessment of Social Work Processes in Primary Health Care. Within this project it focusses on social-work-external documentation and the extent to which it contributes to recognizing psychosocial burdens in clients of primary health care centres. Based on the findings the aim of this work further is to suggest developmental changes for primary health care documentation. By means of the „Open Coding“ strategy taken from the „Grounded Theory“ method by Strauss, Glaser and Corbin partly-structured guideline interviews and email records were analysed. Regarding the focus of the research they show the importance of documentation, which nevertheless stays behind the significance of interpersonal interaction within a well-performing interdisciplinary team.
